Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
Shipping Range
Delivery Area: We currently ship within United Kingdom.
Order processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 5:00 pm (GMT+00:00) London time enter our processing queue the same day; orders placed after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, enter the queue on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to the United Kingdom. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Import VAT and duties
For UK orders, any VAT due is shown at checkout. On the rare occasion that a higher-value parcel attracts import VAT or a small carrier handling fee on delivery, this is charged by the carrier and is outside our control.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track My Order page at any time.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us and we will put it right. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance, but we will always help resolve any issue.
